Actually you know what, I think it is mainly just Reggie's parts I have issue with in this film. Cause the stuff with Mike I actually enjoyed the most.

But it's these past two films where it's just creepy. I like getting a bit of backstory with the Tall Man, but it does seem a lil odd given his past appearances. But then again with what 3 and 4 focus on, it could also put things into perspective. I'll have to see in the 5th and final film.

standpoint, it feels there needs to be more. I love how they still find unique things to do with the orbs. Like they're balls, and yet there's 5 films where they still find some new twist with them. I wish they'd stop having Reggie be such a horn dog. Like I don't mind him being a ladies man-

advancing. Just that, we're at this point now. Though, it does still lean into that dreamlike quality the series has. Stuff feels ethereal, which is good. It helps to make the parts where it doesn't feel like a lot is going on. Still meaningful to the overall tone. It's just from a story telling-

104.) Phantasm 4. I've been mixed on the plots to these since the 2nd one. Like I enjoy how they expand on each film, and that they all have a specific plot point they're following. But to get us to those points, feels a lil like padding. Like there is progression, but it doesn't feel like stuff is

Oh yea, they talked about that in this book that got translated a few months ago. It's mainly done so as not to disrupt or clutter the artwork, with connecting bubble lines.
