yeah it’s the worst part of having basically an indifferent booker to the women’s division and a women’s division who aren’t willing to rock the boat or even voice or have a hand in their direction

for sure mercedes is also doing her own stuff and can’t completely run the women’s division creative herself. toni i think also in the same position where she can only get what’s in her orbit. sadly i dont think their locker room has the depth or community to advocate for better creative overall

the only person over there with motion and who cares about the women’s division (the CEO) is on sabbatical unfortunately
