Trans women are male. If they weren’t, they wouldn’t be trans. Look, I don’t have an issue with trans women and I want them to be safe. But having a different gender identity doesn’t change anyone’s biological sex. Males are a risk to females regardless of gender identity.

So historically, male and female prisoners have always been housed together? Nonsense. Everyone knows that females are at a higher risk of violence and sexual assault from males. Gender identity is irrelevant to that equation.

I don’t have an issue with anyone believing that gender is a thing. But we can’t conflate sex and gender and then substitute gender for sex in law and policy.

No. “Gender identity” is a made up concept. There is no proof that it exists, nor biological basis for it. We could just as easily debate the point at which a soul inhabits the body.
