You did, indeed! Great work on SRC. You made me proud.
I was sad to see Socfin hasn't fixed the problem with its Action Plans - and that it remains pervasive.
I also found it at LAC and at PSG in Ghana. And Earthworm Foundation audits documented it at Socfin in Cameroon and Sierra Leone as well 😓

I was sad to see Socfin hasn't fixed the problem with its Action Plans - and that it remains pervasive.

The sad part is that Rebecca, like thousands of other women at Socfin plantations, still works at LAC. It is still owned by Socfin. Socfin only sold SRC, where Mamie used to work and says she was raped.

This rubber also goes to Michelin, Bridgestone and Continental tire factories in Europe. And palm oil from other plantations owned by the company, Socfin, ends up in Nestle food products.
