I'm down for those kinds of decks again too, they were sick. I think the main reason I really liked the tear deck was all of their cards had multiple good effects that you could use in one turn. I'd love to see what would happen if more decks had more cards like that

I've always loved the idea that as yugioh gets older the quality of cards gets better, but I'm really disappointed one card combos have been the direction the game has headed. I'd be so much more excited if Komani leaned into Tear and made more decks that fast paced, but with a unique play style ofc
