Yea this is the standard for competency while my Dad was telling me there were hands coming out of the hospital TV and they were rolling the TV screen down oh and the hospital was on fire and he tried to warn the staff but they ignored him. He was capable of making his own medical decisions.

Happy New Year. Time to get to work to focus on Midterms. So by next January... hopefully... fingers crossed..we can take out some of the challenges and frustrations by putting some checks and balances back in place.
