If you have a 3D printer you can get 110+ decibel whistle print files for free and print then for pennies a piece. Louder than any whistle I have ever heard. Almost need earplugs. I am printing them in mass quantities and will be sending them to the organization in Charlotte to hand out.

Fox 40 whistles are the best. They are about $10.00 per. We use them to ref outside and in bad weather. No moving parts and loud as hell. Seriously, nothing beats a nice whistle.
