It was a good weekend. Jake Paul and Andrew Tate both got their shit rocked and the Bears played one of the best games of football in 10 years. Afraid of what kind of monkeys paw fallout will happen after this but I’ll ride the high for awhile

Got another new watch in recently, a Zodiac Super Sea Wolf. A true ISO certified tool diver, and my first chronometer. It’s big, but not overly so on my wrist. That fully-lumed pistachio dial and 7 link bracelet are what grabbed me though. Got it for an amazing price too. Happy with it :)

I love prompting residents to do their job all day long. That’s what I got my degree in, clueless resident management. It’s not like the patient is on ECMO or anything.

Small little medical fun fact. For those of you who have been in the hospital with an IV and remember tasting/smelling the saline flushes? You weren’t tasting the saline. It’s dissolved volatile organic compounds from the plastic in prefilled saline flushes.

Not to be a hater or whatever but one of my biggest annoyances are people who bring their not-service-dogs in places they don’t need to be. Grocery stores and restaurants being the worst of the bunch. Like when did this become an acceptable thing to do? Just comes off very entitled to me
