Weinig verrassing. Trump kennende zal hij er politieke munt uit proberen te slaan door zeer selectief te releasen. Vrijwel alles wat uit zijn kamp komt is al bij voorbaat twijfelachtig en/of ongeloofwaardig.

As it turns out, this was too hard to resist until the new year. I made something. Having it recorded by a real choir is not affordable but I can generate a (non-optimal) impression of it with synthesized voices. If you want, maybe DM me an email address or some way I can send you score+recording.

According to the CEO of Microsoft, up to 30% of their code is written by AI nowadays. As someone who writes code for a living and has played with AI systems, I'd say that explains a lot :D

I'd really like to give it a stab, but at the moment it's quite busy with Christmas concerts - it could be a really nice project for the new year. (To manage expectation: I'm really just a hobbyist that writes music mostly for his own pleasure - we most certainly won't win a Grammy for it :) )

The better one becomes at something, the less easy it is to truly enjoy and appreciate others doing that same thing. Maybe that's what the fairy tale about biting an apple of knowledge and subsequently falling from paradise tried to warn about? Yet, despite the consequences, I'd bite it again :)

Wonderful!! I had not heard of an "imp" (in my defense, I'm not a native speaker) but it's interesting because my name sounds like it could be derived from it and that is interesting (to me) because of a curse I appear to carry (only half joking). I kind of wish I could turn this into a choir piece.

Thanksgiving doesn't exist outside the USA - in general all secular and religious holidays are fake ideas and imaginary and not shared by everyone worldwide but does it matter? If it works for you, do it. Isn't Bithynia a part of Turkey? Sounds like a valid reason to celebrate thanksgiving today.

It touches on a difficult debate, one in which I may have switched positions at times. Can the work be considered separate from the artist? Composer Carlo Gesualdo- a few 100 years ahead of his time, but also a serial killer. Possibly some form of remorse was the motor behind his best compositions.
