I have no irl friends after DV. With my birthday coming, I'm sad that I have no one to hangout with. All I have is my family. I'm going to ask my husband to take me on a date, but I miss having a friend to hangout with.

I didn't know it would take over an hour and a half for the dealership to do my oil change. If I had known, I would have grabbed my umbrella and walked to the gas station.

I made a couch blanket thing for my youngest. Pale pink and purple chenille yarn, and plastic pony beads. 3mm hook, triple crochet. Completed until tiny gets bigger. I made it so we can add more layers all around.

I don't know how many people will understand the tears and overflow of a bazillion emotions, but my middle kid is being moved to MOSTLY gen ed classes. They went from eloping in 6th grade to self contained in 7th. Now in 9th they are moving to gen ed with support! 🥳😭🥳

This might be telling, BUT!!! My husband's oma was born about 8 months before the end of WW2. IN GERMANY! She is a racist old bat who thinks immigrants are bad. I got yelled at when I told her "you're an immigrant."

I did a stupid today. My kid pulled a frypan out of the oven, and my stupid ass GRABBED THE METAL HANDLE! I did run it under cool tap water. And then held a frozen strawberry until it became mushy.

i told my husband i want to be able to mod my minecraft, and other games, to hell and back with whatever computer i get next. this dude told me that modding games doesnt change the parameters of the computer i get. someone (not my family) explain how that would be true.
