With that being said, and taken into consideration the amount of interviews RJ does, how come these annoyance issues aren’t asked directly? I’ve only seen Tosh do so. All the interviews talk about the history, innovation

I received a phone call from Rivian that their engineering team identified my vehicle (LFP battery) in need to replace the high voltage, not 12V, system. The caller was not briefed on what the issue is. I was also informed that they’re aware of a software bug with inaccurate range estimates.

I have Rivian standard audio, and I would agree that 2025.38 made the audio system go from subpar to above average.

In RJ’s interview with Tosh, he mentioned a redesigned charging pad. I interpreted that as a redesign of the “redesign” that launched with gen2. The image you posted looks like the gen2 charging pad. So I want to clarify that you’re asking if the redesign of gen2 is coming soon or not, right?

I haven’t noticed any obvious bugs yet. Apple Music continues to improve. The remote commands on the app are much more reliable.

I am loving this update thus far. Enhanced highway assist worked my entire route to and from work ~60mi. It also seems that the car stays closer to the car in front of of you at lower speeds. Hopefully this prevents cars from cutting in front of the vehicle and having the vehicle abruptly stop.

I’m still disappointed about the charging pad on Gen2, especially since RJ said it would get addressed during his interview with MKBHD. I hope this will be a meaningful upgraded product🤞
