Liver & Kidneys: Like her lungs, years of drugs and drinking had ruined Bella's liver and kidneys. So she had them replaced with fully synthetic alternatives which would still let her get drunk or high, while never actually being capable of shutting down unless hacked.

Lungs: Bella's lungs, after years of smoking, were already quite damaged. She had no issue replacing them with fully synthetic lungs for this reason, even having a filter added so that she may still enjoy this habit but be immune to harmful gasses.
