7. focus on present

dwelling on the past will lead you to sadness. dweling on the future will lead you to stress. instead dweling the past and the future, focus on the present. it can help you to lessen your stress and sadness when you focus on the present.

learn how to think before you say/do something to others. so that you will not regret it.

5. learn to embrace reality

instead dwelling your flaws, accept and embrace them. if you can change it find a way to change it. if you can't change it accept who you are, where you are, and what you are. embracing it will not only let you to move forward but also to have peace in mind.

4. keep a thought dairy.

instead speaking to yourself, try to write it down on your notes so that you can reflect or you can manage to find a solution.

if you're stress out, find someone you admire as a guide. look at them how they manage himself/herself when they face their problems or their struggles in daily life.
