It's the rice over rice since I eat it twice a day now. I think I average 1700+ calories a day between lunch and my own food. So I need to walk a lot.
I'm too shy to go to a gym, and I want to avoid doing things with legs until I know my knees won't beat me up.

Food isn't too much of an issue; I don't really "Snack". I don't have candy or junk in my apartment.
The only bad culprit is my coffees I drink, but those are fine if I'm just active.

So..... I'm hoping to get better and stick to a plan.

I went from being 8hrs+ active on my feet in retail to a teaching & desk job. So I'm nowhere near as active as I use to be.
And hitting 40.
And it's just been really shitty to deal with for the last while.

Picked up a walking pad.
Making sure I get active.

Best part? If you open a convo with Grok, it tells you it can't tag people.
Yet I was tagged and it gave me a notification.

So opened up to harassment by a weirdo I never engaged with.
