発生工学を利用した卵子核をもたない二父性マウスの誕生。半数体Ag-ESCを樹立し、遺伝子操作を20箇所(7箇所では新生仔致死)施して、卵子核を脱核した受精卵に注入している。二母性マウスカグヤと違ってESCを経ているのが重要なポイント。Cell Stem Cell誌。
