I've done the impossible and the stupid. Bro and friend decided to do a Mega Man 3 "buster only" run where you only use it on bosses and everywhere as possible. No E cans during the fight (before OK.)

Originally started on my rare PS4 copy but the lag/controller was unbearable. Finished on PC. 1/?

Battletoads was released for NSO today and I decided to do a run without any savestates/rewind (except to test a couple of things out.) It's been years, but I managed to get near the end of Rat Race (Level 10), which is cheap as hell. Not bad...but fuck you, rrat.

I got Capcom Fighting Collection 2 awhile back but started playing through it recently. Tonight, I finished every achieve in Moero! Justice Gakuen/Project Justice.

Played a little of Capcom Fighting Jam/Evolution and that game is really ass.

Got the Golden Armor too, which probably made things a bit easier but I didn't even use the healing function at all. Used Sub-Tanks early on and on Sigma 1 cuz I forgot his fire pattern. Kaiser Sigma was easier than the 8 Irregulars/Mavericks combined.

The proof is not real again but X-Buster only on bosses on real hardware for Mega Man X3 MSU-1 (Genesis/Mega Drive OST.) Only exception was killed Bit/Byte with weakness on last hit so I coud fight Press Disposer. Kept Vile alive to rematch in his new mech.

Game is hard as hell early on.

No real proof again but this time I beat Mega Man X2 with X-Buster on Bosses only (Rockman X2 ENG patch + MSU-1 Mega Drive/Genesis OST.) Serges 2 was probably the only real trouble due to the nature of the right (used 2 Sub-Tanks.) 1/2

Wait nevermind, you still need to use the password generator at the Mega Man Home Page to do it, since there are 2 numbers that need to change. I guess it isn't any pass 😭

This was the password I used to test it. The 2nd 1 was an 8 and the last 7 was a 4.

Launched the SNES version because I found out just now there is a way to save the Hadoken to a password, just like the Shoryuken in X2. That's so cool.

Enter a password that has all 8 Heart Tanks collected and then hold L R ↓ X while pressing Start.
