Genuinely surprised by number of comments like the one you replied to: do people really think international diplomacy works like settling a disagreement with some bloke down the pub?

If I see one more comment saying, “Why does Zelenskyy put up with this nonsense?” I’m going to lose my mind.

How can anyone fail to understand that Zelenskyy has to pay lip service to a deranged, compromised Russian agent - for the safety of his people and the survival of his country??
