I'd argue that "rogue judges" *are* a thing, just not in this instance- a rogue judge would be judges who use methods like abusing the shadow docket to allow unconstitutional rulings while knowing full well their decisions wouldn't fly in a public trial. Ergo, the judges who make Trump above the law

Got any evidence of him being a wife beating, human trafficking gang member? Because I'm pretty sure the due process he *did* go through found him innocent. He has no criminal record- all "evidence" of his crime is circumstantial.

Bold words from someone who has yet to share a single shred of evidence for their claims. Anyone can say anything, but that doesn't make it true. The sources I shared are all ones that are widely known to be credible. Can your sources say the same, or are *you* the one consuming fake news?

Where do you get your own news from? Remember, one of the easiest roads to fascism is to paint anything that can oppose your views as "false."

My sources come from both inside and outside the country, and I make sure to check a wide range to fact-check against fake news. You should do the same.

Without due process, how do we know the people being deported are rapists, gang members, or even illegal immigrants to begin with? The answer: we don't. So stop fundamentally misrepresenting the issue, and start asking yourself: when is it "acceptable" to violate the Constitution? Where's the line?

Trump, on the other hand, has directed ICE to perform "arrests" on just about anyone, declaring open season on all "illegals." However, these are frequently made without a warrant, and they bypass all due process. We have a word for that: "kidnapping."

Trump wants to bypass immigration courts. Experts warn it's a 'slippery slope.'
The administration's recent actions to fire immigration judges and other steps are chipping away at what was already an imperfect system in administrative courts.

Democrats haven't exactly "allowed this" the way Trump constantly harps on about. Obama and Biden also deported a lot of illegal immigrants during their administrations. They were just more concerned with deporting *actual* criminals (as well as more recent arrivals living near the border.)

You got a source for that?
