one of the ironies is that leblanc wanted to include sherlock holmes as a character in a lupin story but Doyle objected strongly, up to and including legal action. So he named the character 'Herlock Sholmes' and wrote the story anyway. So that's another reason Kazuhito used pseudonyms.

Lupin the third is supposed to be the great grandson of Arsenes Lupin, which in and of itself isn't an issue but Kato Kazuhito was sued by Maurice Leblanc's estate despite several attempts to license lupin the 3rd well after it had become a franchise so they err on the side of cation now

Hasbro pushed through the OGL thing that lead to a lot of justifiable anger pointed at WotC. And that had a negative effect on ticket sales. You know, if this movie had been delayed by 6 months BG3 probably would've done a lot better.

I found myself listening to a lot of vaporwave and retrosynth these days. Used to be classic heavy metal 25/8. Don't get me wrong I still like metal but I tend to have broader tastes these days.
