I am indeed surprised that it’s post XY myself. I am intrigued just how far in the future it is since notably (for the time being) the only returning character we’ve seen is a canonically immortal one.

Ah that sucks! Are you breaking it up with different hunts? I’ve trying Mankey in Friend Safari and the damn thing just won’t shine!

As in I always thought of Breloom as a rather positively looked upon Pokémon in the community and it’s just getting some limelight currently is all!

Breloom was always amazing, I see this more as a comeback than anything else!

Omega Ruby is also a bit of a pain in that it was before they streamlined the shiny charm to only require 400 Pokemon. I completed the Shiny Charm requirements on Ultra Sun (and actually bought it specifically) to hunt shiny legendaries. Did get Ho-oh at full odds on Omega Ruby though...
