Tonight I joined the East Coast Reflector Youth Net and Grayson KG4BUT who just turned 12 was our net operator. His question for the world was “what is your favorite thing about your best friend.” I caught this sweet snippet from what one of the hams shared ❤️ Warmed my heart.

I’ve seen more guns openly in Oregon than I have in any other state we have traveled through coming from Detroit.

Friday a United gate attendant forcibly scanned my face instead of my boarding pass when I explicitly asked to opt out of my biometrics being collected. I made a complaint and 3 days later I noticed gates were back to scanning boarding passes when flying through the same terminal. Then this today

Less than 2 hours til the deadline for submitting claims and paying property taxes to prevent foreclosure and the cops evacuated everyone out of the Fishbones atrium where the Treasurer’s office is processing forms today. People were in line for a long time and have lost their place.

Attended a workshop @detdocumenters.bsky.social hosted today called “Mapping Your Local Environment” & made this map of everyone I was in touch with about claiming auction profits in the last two months, on top of a heat map of homes that qualify to claim interest according to Wayne County Treasurer

Our last phonebanking event at Central Detroit Christian was a success. So grateful for everyone who has joined @outliermedia.org in phonebanking. In the last few months, together we have made contacts worth over $5 million in profits potentially being reclaimed from the Wayne County Treasurer.

Wayne County Treasurer finally contracted a company for outreach. The number on their website leads to an international call center that is very unhelpful. If you or anyone you know needs resources or help filling out the form- text “repay” to 67485 or visit outliermedia.org/txt-outlier/...
