Not a snack but I’ve been trying to use up leftover nice aged Gruyère and I threw it into a “quesadilla” (not authentic) with some cooked kale and shallots and corn, and all of this sounds bonkers except kale goes well with a melted aged cheese. Oh and habenero hot sauce.
