I absolutely love the character and think he could be a lot of fun if they brought him and the Commando team back! A balance between badass and wacky is golden, and if you add the found family heart element from the manga, Capcom could have some real gold on their hands.

They keep doing random things lately: obscure mobile game crossover, the action figures, Teppen appearance. Using the 90s manga, there's tons of life they could inject into another game or heck, a show! 😁

I also wanted to try giving him a Russian accent!

I made this when the #streetfighter6 roster was revealed. I love the game, but it still stings that as of yet, we don't have any SF3 folks in game; this game is the furthest in the timeline & finally moved past 3rd Strike. I hope Elena is the start of more SF3 folks!
