Thank you, Simone, for repeatedly stating your scepticism that the 2028 election will happen. People need to understand that Trump's changes to government agencies make it very uncertain. I am also sure that they will declare midterms as fake if Dems do well.

Are there any factual numbers of total people laid off/fired and the total "savings" to the budget? Also we should expect monthly unemployment costs to the states, so the effect on states budgets vs federal budget.
