I’m not really into the Super Bowl, but I thought I’d honor NOLA by making gumbo for dinner. Wow, that roux is a labor of love. 45 minutes and I think it’s perfect.

I finished up a chapter proposal, pitched a new lesson plan, and have nearly completed my 2025 work goals. Not an exciting week but a very productive one!
