I urge you to oppose all ICE expansion funding in FY2026 and reject further investment in a system that continues to endanger all our lives, and the constitutional fabric that holds our country together.

Congress must act now to stop further harm, rein in rogue-enforcement agencies, and protect families.

This funding fuels fears, family separation, and deadly outcomes rather than safety accountability.

Instead, it has emboldened abusive enforcement practices that harm all immigrants, both undocumented and those with legal status, as well as U.S. citizens, including former combat veterans and citizens of Indigenous nations, on whose land the United States sits.

What we are seeing across the country -- including the killing of Renee Nicole Good and Alex Pretti -- is unacceptable and dangerous. DHS has already received unprecedented levels of funding, yet that money has not made our communities safer.
