I don't do kickstarter for the same reason. At least with that, the risk of losing your money is well known and up front. This guy had no clue how he was going to end his story from the start. But, full disclosure, I only watched the show, haven't read the books.

What he did is a scam, selling everyone on a series of books he had no intention or ability to finish. He should get harassed about it. I just laugh every time I see HBO advertising another spinoff with his name on it.

Because "fuck ice" can't be shown on tv. Next they'll find his manifesto that starts "I, the suspect, ...". I would normally call this a joke, but they just gave us the supposed Kirk shooter's ridiculous chat messages. Faked evidence is the new norm.

I just did this and clicked Ok. My account was still showing as canceling after the next billing cycle. The only thing that changed was the base price, which won't apply unless I change my mind and resume. You should be fine to click Ok.

I wasn't making any equivalencies. Just framing the same mode of thought against something that we have more information about. Science investigates all of these things whether or not they're considered disease conditions. I would try other examples but I'll just attacked again whatever I pick.

But did they actually? These guys are dumb, but I don't think they're that dumb. All the reports I've seen say they called it an increased risk, not the sole cause.

It was just an example of something with known associations. It will take time to make those associations for autism. I'm not claiming or assuming it's chemicals.
