Don’t forget Bovino, who cosplays in a homemade gestapo uniform.
They are a fascist police experiment hiding in plain sight.
Seeing what they can get away with and actually getting away with it.
I despair for the US and fear for my home country (UK) potentially going down the same path.

Difference between right wing goons in UK versus US…

UK
A rag tag bunch of slobs in joggers & t-shirts, get drunk, set wheely bins on fire & hang cheap flags.

US
A White House backed bunch of slobs in Call of Duty cosplay, drunk on racist authoritarianism, shoot & murder their fellow citizens.

So they want the seat to go to Reform or Green Party then?
Most likely Reform.

They don’t care because they have a big majority & losing one seat doesn’t matter.
It makes Starmer look weak as a PM & scared of letting Burnham back into parliament.

Labour following tories into political wilderness.

I don’t use google.
There are alternatives.

Remember Kyle Rittenhouse? He took a gun to protests. He shot civilians. That was in 2020. He’s a hero to the people who are now employed by ICE. He met Trump at the whitehouse.
Now we have ICE goons attacking & killing US citizens in broad daylight.
They started normalising fascism years ago.

Did nobody warned you 12 months ago that winter was coming?
The sane parts of the world are giving you the cold shoulder both literally and metaphorically.

Also, your leaders policies are impacting climate change, so you reap what you’ve sewn.

Here’s a crazy idea…

Maybe instead of attacking the Greens. The government should consider why an overtly left of centre party is so much more popular with people than they are.
Could it be that if Labours rhetoric, ideology & policies reflected what people want then they might be more popular?

What party has ever offered a ‘clear programme’?!
The Green Party are offering an alternative for people (including workers) who feel like their life is a constant, exhausting marathon.
He might not have all the answers but at least he recognises the problems & has a genuine desire to fix them.
January 24, 2026 at 1:50 PM
Indeed, as the Green Party itself says, hope!
Because hope is so much more powerful and impactful than fear, despair & name calling.
That is all the right have to offer - including Starmer.
Zack Polanski is presenting an alternative to the cliche party leader. It’s a breath of fresh air.

Not sure how productive it is debating what he will be in the future.

Perhaps paying more attention to the fact that I wasn’t pretending he could be PM, but was pointing out the qualities that we might look for in a PM, would be more productive?

Qualities sadly lacking with the current PM.
January 23, 2026 at 3:35 PM
Surely you meant to say, despite not ‘currently’ being an MP?

It’s a ‘Labour’ government until they call the next GE. It’s not beyond the realms of possibility that Polanski will become an MP.

I was speaking of the character & values we should expect in a PM. Farage has none of those qualities.

In touch with how most people feel, talking honestly and offering a genuine solution.

This is what we need from a PM.

I just trust my own research more than I trust an AI program.
I’m inclined to treat AI analysis or description with suspicion. It’s so generic.
I can understand how AI might be useful but do people need to be told what cushions to buy or how to cook eggs?
It’s also killing our creative industries.
January 22, 2026 at 6:24 PM
I’m wondering why has AI been sold to people as a leisure activity? So many reliant on AI for fitness/fashion/diet/dating/home decor/hobbies… controlling their lives.
Like a drug.

If people are addicted to AI, they’ll be too busy trying to get their daily fix to care if the economy is crashing.

He clearly has no idea that rhetoric currently being used by the Whitehouse is lifted directly from the Nazi playbook.

German is taught in uk schools because having a second language is good & it’s actually really useful.
Unlike being a fascist, like Trump, which is very very bad & dangerous.

News just announced in the uk. TACO strikes again!
He’s said he won’t impose more tariffs on European countries.
His goons are in talks apparently
