Splitgate 2 didn't gel with the OG Splitgate crowd and it was missing a lot of features, so 1047 Games went back and redid almost the entire game based on our feedback. They fixed every single one of my complaints, and it's now closer to UT or Halo in gameplay (no more factions, abilities, etc.)

While I think this system is better, it doesn't solve the biggest issue I had with the game's monetization. FOMO shouldn't exist, period, so store items and battle passes should be available for purchase indefinitely. All the other changes look great, though! Keep it up, 1047 Games!
