Izzo still has it for on the court stuff. But his lack of embracing the current status quo is holding them back. When he decides to hang it up, what will happen? Will MSU get a top coach that fully does it all? Will Izzo allow it? Would they go after someone like Nate Oats after what he just did?

Maybe so about the Jets/Raiders situations, but there is a better chance they get to stick on the roster if either team doesn't draft a QB #1 overall.
On a side note, is Geno done DONE? Like no chance he gets back to anywhere near what he was?

Why would either team's QB play hard or try to win if the #1 pick is projected to be a QB? Play hard and win so they can draft your replacement????

They actually T'ed up Izzo for acting like that, when he usually gets away with being so awful to the refs... Love to see it!

must be my pessimistic nature but I'm already prepping for Rez & Mara to have 2 fouls each w/ 10mins to go in the 1st half, all the while seeing Izzo 10ft onto the court during play MFing 2 officials at the same time and nothing is going to happen to him

Spencer, I don't know if this is such a good idea. Hopefully someone here can tell you all about college football and why that might not be a wise decision.
