It also adds a lot more gore, fatalities and some other shall we say NSFW scenes and content but it's done in a way that makes sense, for example the NPCs in a brothel are wearing more revealing clothes but the packs main purpose is immersion not perversion.

The mod collection does a substantial amount of things ranging from balance changes, new missions, cut content and areas restored (did you know there was originally boat racing planned?) new items, texture changes, lighting, FX changes, dialogue expanded and some physical changes to characters.

There were a LOT of technical issues yesterday that have been resolved now but the original video will not make it to YouTube. It was supposed to be 5-6 Hours long but after restarts, edits and things I couldn't edit I'm left with 1h23m of footage that makes no sense.
Will do a full restart Sunday.
