The munitions he is talking about are guided bombs. There are plenty of air-to-ground missles in the Israeli arsenal that they would use for precision strikes or anti air defense. I'm saying his take is low-mid confidence, and taking it further is difficult without more evidence.

He's saying it's not a bomb, based on the audio, but it could still be an air-launched missile. He is also not providing attribution, just what it's not. I have no idea what a mis-fired Katyusha (or whatever they are using) sounds like, but I'll defer to those that do know.

I haven't seen anything on the ground, with debris, just questionable nighttime video analysis. Real OSINT is transparent about confidence, and I've seen nothing better than "low" so far, from the folks that have been doing this for years across multiple theaters.
