Join us Saturday, June 28th at noon at the Milestone Rotary to Protest for Women’s Rights! Three years after the “Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization” Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade and federal constitutional protections for abortion, we won’t go back. Indivisible groups and allies across MA are putting a spotlight on the GOP War on Women. This is bigger than Dobbs. It's no longer just about abortion, as the GOP's Project 2025 is turning back the clock on everything the women's movement and the civil rights movement has accomplished over the past half century. We are standing up to protect women’s access to health care services like abortion and birth control, social services like Medicare and SNAP, voting rights, equal employment rights, and protecting women from abuse and violence. The Trump administration has diminished women’s representation in federal positions and the military, removed recognition of women’s achievements, and cut funding for programs women rely on to take care of themselves and their families. We need to urge our elected representatives to defeat the current Republican budget proposal and continue to fight illegal executive orders in the courts. We are committed to peaceful protest and attendee safety. Please do not cross into the center circle of the Rotary.
