i advise calling your representatives and telling them not to pass these awful censorship bills

personally i get anxious making phone calls, but these ones are simple. there are samples of what to say and often it results in voice mail

what if the scrolls are of paper and the swipe is of the page

calling them and bugging them is a big reason why bills like these failed to pass back then, sand in the gears
