Coming from Donald Trump's age range him & Rush Limbaugh (Rest in Piss) came from, the misogyny in that time period was the A OK way to talk to women. Add Ralph Kramden("To the moon Alice" as he balled up his fist & threatened Alice) & Archie Bunker (you're a dingbat Edith) and BINGO-- it's Trump.
