My take on Cuba is that while it is a dictatorship the US also openly ally with worse and more brutal dictatorships, meaning it very clearly isnt morallity that keeps the sanctions going. Im still opposed to both sanctions and certainly an invasion

Opposition movements to legit shitty regimes are still often messy and at times morally questionable yes. I wont disagree there. Still reports about unfair or rigged elections are plenty.
