I know it is venting but if you are still a pet owner there are some signs that cats can give when they are sick that may not be so widely know like when they look sleepy all the time (purring, lazy eyes, lowered years), sleeping more than usual(12h), rapid weight gain or loss, over grooming, aso.

My home country culture on research and papers is very good (like, putting the cleaning lady name as a coautor) but a lab is always in need of someone to destilate the water clean the counter and stuff

2/2 and if your university has a partnership or hospital of its own its likely there is labs dedicated to laboratorial exams not teaching, that you only get contact with if you are introduced to the one running it.

I totally recommend licking the boots of profesores of optional courses(and the ones who teaches badly complicated subjects) in general they are more dedicated to research their labs has less volunteers 1/2

No I voluntered on the university molecular biology lab and was learning on the microbiology and zoonoses ones to do my own research when I studied veterinary, but had to leave it all to study human medicine (I am barely being able to survive so I still didn't search for any professors boots)

Also just got here, but in the first time I labeled it as sensitive subject but bsky still auto labeled as self harm, I think as long as you put the #selfharm it will be automatic
