Cattle have undergone alot of genetic manipulation to help improve breeds in the past 100 years. This is a good jumping off place to start to understand we are not ready to play with humans yet. We DONT KNOW ENOUGH for generational reproduction.

Cattle have undergone alot of genetic manipulation to help improve breeds in the past 100 years. This is a good jumping off place to start to understand we are not ready to play with humans yet. We DONT KNOW ENOUGH for generational reproduction.

Dogs. My first registered dog was an Irish Setter named Abigal Van Buren aka Abby. In 2019, large percentage of the Irish Setter population in the US have high inbreeding levels and could use this genetic diversity to reduce their inbreeding. Abby had no gray matter, but was gorgeous and sweet.

HYPP was first identified in AQHA stallion, Impressive. Lots of His offspring died a horrible death. Generations of horses were tested to stop the continued breeding of affected horses. At that point any affected foal could not be registered. My mare tested negative but I refused to bred her.
