The modern iterations made for nostalgia purposes will shuffle up first because they’re newer and intended to get people who aren’t looking for accuracy

The best way around this I’ve found is looking up the popular design firms and companies of the era, or looking for magazine archives

I think also people who know me would be able to call me Flor, I’m okay with that, but strangers (especially cis people) gotta call me Florin LOL

I thought of changing/extending my name for years now but I never got attached to Florence or other variations on the name. Florin is the one that won’t leave my head

If you haven’t been around me before I transitioned, I used to go by “Flora” before dropping the “a”, after heavily debating if I should

So it would be Flora -> Flor -> Florin

Only downside is waking up in the middle of the night sweating my ass off because I turn into a furnace
