Spotted a Kingfisher on my last visit to Sunderland. Took a boat upriver and saw it just below the city centre. Apparently, there are also Otters in the area.

Our first cenote dive in Chikin Ha, Riviera Maya, a few weeks ago. Luckily there was a professional photographer on hand for another gig but he took this amazing shot of us as we neared the exit. The visibility was unreal.

My son sent me this video from a dive on the Riviera Maya, just south of PDC. We'll be joining him in just over a week. Can't wait.

#vegan #veganfood we crossed the border to NL yesterday and picked up a tub of the best peanut "butter" ever. After eating this, every other blend tastes like candlewax. 100% peanut. Nothing added or taken away.

#vegan curry night. I wanted to use up some TVP so I soaked this in a broth of vegan beef oxo and tikka masala spice mix for 15 minutes. Squeezed the moisture out and fried it for 10 minutes. I mixed up my sauce in the Thermomix and fried up some paprika.
