Had a nice quiet Christmas at home. No presents. Only me and my husband. Watched movies, did a puzzle, cooked ham and scalloped potatoes. Cookies from our favorite treat place. Relaxing, cozy. 💕

My mom passed away today. I kept most of the day to myself between teary eyes. Found distraction by chatting online and sewing a new doll. I wish so often this didn’t have to happen to her. But I’m working towards finding peace for us both.
