Not sure. The only wine in Czechia, at least at the time, is grown and made in Mělník, half an hour north of Prague. At this castle, where I joined a lot of wine tours. My girlfriend at the time lived in Mělník, she wasn't the woman who bought those white wines nor did she look like Courtney Love :)
Mělník Castle, where 23 Czech queens and princesses have lived. The castle is built in the Renaissance style. Below the castle there are large wine cellars. Confiscated by the communists, it has been restored to its traditional owners, the House of Lobkowicz. It is situated on the right bank of the Labe (Elbe) river, at the confluence of the Labe and Vltava (Moldau) rivers, about 17 miles north of Prague (Czechia). On the hillside below the castle are vineyards.
