Why does working on any passion project of any type at any time instill a sense of dread and fear into my body?

Why can't I do anything I love anymore without feeling motivation crater from under me? Why, when I'm overall not terribly depressed? What cause this? What can I do to fix it?

Back in 2017, I had a PowerBook 150 I had fully restored. It was in a studio apartment, so I had little space to work, and had it propped on a windowsill to send it files over serial.

At the end of the day, I bumped into it and it fell off the windowsill onto a concrete floor, shattering instantly.

I absolutely loathe working with UPS. Every interaction I have with receiving a package from them leaves me furious.
