And I kind if get that, in the app I work on there are common workflows that users would take. Could an agent (in the form of a pop up or chat) guide the user through the steps to help reduce potential error? If so there's value there.

Without getting too long winded, the example I get is a tool that predicts (the AI part) a business process that you're attempting to complete based on actions you've already taken, and offers to automate time intensive parts.

Bills coach Sean McDermott said that WR Keon Coleman sat out the first offensive series of last night's game due to disciplinary reasons. He did not get into specifics, but said they are looking for more consistency.
