I think I heard back in January or February that Trump decided to take back money that had been allocated to NY and was in NY’s bank account but he was able to take it back anyway. Bankers are afraid of him too.

It’s possible he has some degree of color blindness and doesn’t know how weird he looks to other people. Some of us can see many more shades of color than most people. There are also people who can see many fewer shades, without being totally color blind. Most don’t even know they see differently
