I’m thankful that we got a little bit of rain today and hopefully more to come soon to ease us out of the drought we’ve been in.

I loved my local library when I was growing up. I’d hang out there after school. I checked out every horse book I could find along with whatever I wanted from the adult side. I used their encyclopedias to research school projects. The librarians always had book suggestions for me.

Night Circus is one of my favorite books!

My favorites that I read this year were Remarkably Bright Creatures by Shelby Van Pelt and A Curse of Krakens by Kevin Hearne.

Watership Down was such a great book. Think I am going to put it in my re-read pile!
