Hate to break it to you, but $1250/month (no utilities) for a studio apartment is NOT "affordable" for one person, and thats literally the cheapest available in my area. If I want to bring my cats, it's going to be either a $100 deposit or $50-100 extra per month. #apartmenthunting #greedylandlord
