Now I can't even easily get you a person at MasterCard. They either forward the call to my issuing bank right away or connect to a call center with limited hours

Only problem is that they're now just disconnecting calls after providing the initial script. Of course, the agent disconnected while I requested the case number, so I made sure to call back and register my complaint about the lack of professionalism as well
