Hell in this particular case it's solving a problem nobody cared about or needed to be solved. Just use less emergent VA, it's not some crucial gameplay pillar.

Like sorry but production is all about dealing with problems and "we've got a cheap way to make a bad fake alternative without human input" is not ever a good solution

It's not much of a debate when the technology is fundamentally evil. There is no acceptable use case for generative AI for me - because any time it is needed as a temporary fix, it's inevitably going to be used to replace people.

On the upside their desire to make 70% of QA handled by ai means they're going to need way more QA people to get, diagnose, fix and recreate the terrible quality of work produced by ai!
