From the DM’s…

Physicians at Grey Nuns are calling out the practice of limiting admissions (capping) as being a primary driver of the emergency room being overwhelmed to the point where

“standards for quality and safety… are not being met.”

The results?

It's a waste of time and energy and takes away from teaching time.

As ER docs are calling for a state of emergency to be declared…

The dis-integration of Alberta’s healthcare to multiple “pillars” means there’s noone to steer the healthcare system as a whole to initiate that state of emergency.

Former AHS CEO speaks out!

Today on an Alberta podcast, former AHS CEO Athena Mentzelopoulos went right to the heart of the Wyant report, clearly spelling out how it doesn't exonerate Smith and the government.

At all.

Suggesting lower taxes as a solution to unaffordability is misguided.

Lowering taxes puts the burden on government for affordability.

Increasing wages puts the burden on corporations, who are the ones who cause inflation in the first place when they increase their prices.

So Danielle Smith wants to take over policing in Alberta because she needs the police to get to Albertans on time...

But she can't even manage making sure that POLICE get an AMBULANCE on time with the EMS service she already runs?!?
